How can we help?
Every one of these lives inside the app already — no ticket to file, nothing to wait on. Here's exactly where to find each thing.
A product's data is wrong
Wrong ingredients, wrong photo, duplicate listing — flag it right from the product page.
Product page → flag iconA review is spam or abusive
Report it directly on the review, with a reason. A moderator reviews it.
Any review → ⋯ menu → Report reviewTrack a report you filed
See its status, edit it while it's pending, or withdraw it.
Profile → Your reports & photosSomething you'll be notified about
Someone found your review helpful, or a moderator removed one — it shows up here.
Messages tabCommon questions
If yours isn't here, the report flow above reaches the same team — use it and we'll follow up.
How do I change my username?
Profile → Change username. You can change it once every 30 days — the screen shows you the exact date it unlocks again if you're still in that window.
How do I change my password?
Profile → Change password. You'll confirm your current password first. This signs your other devices out, on purpose — if you're changing it because you're worried about access, that's the point.
How do I clear or remove items from my scan history?
Open Scan history from the Profile tab. Swipe or tap the remove action on a single item, or use "Clear history" at the top to remove everything at once.
What happens if my account is suspended?
You'll get a notification in the Messages tab naming the specific reason — inappropriate comment, spam account, suspicious activity, or another reason explained directly. A suspension stops future reviews, reports, votes, and scans, and signs you out of the app; it doesn't delete anything you've already posted.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. This is permanent — it removes your reviews, reports, and photo submissions along with your profile. Type the confirmation phrase shown on that screen to go through with it.
Why can't I sign in with my Google or Apple account?
Try signing in with email and password instead if you originally created your account that way — an account is tied to whichever method (or methods) you used the first time you signed up.
